As the Los Angeles authorized Singing Bowl Temple for Crystal Tones, all bowl purchases made with domestic (United States) credit cards will incur an additional 3% service fee. International credit card purchases will incur an additional 4.5% service fee.

Crystal Cadence is not responsible for any damage or breakage to Crystal Alchemy bowls after the original purchase, once the product has left the property of Crystal Cadence. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the product once it leaves the premises of Crystal Cadence studio, or original location of the sale of the product.

For unique exceptions, any accepted returns will incur restocking fee of 25-30%.
