SSS Trainings Policies:
– No refunds of any kind.
– One time transfer of the deposit and/or course fee only.
– No recordings or re-play of daily training sessions available.

Bowl Consultations and Private Sessions with Jeralyn:
– Please allow at least 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
– Any cancellation/reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment will not receive a refund.
– Bowl consultation fee ($111) is waived with your same-day purchase of an crystal alchemy singing bowl, not including white bowls.

Crystal Alchemy Bowl Purchase Policy:
– No refunds of any kind.
– Exchanges only within 14 days of receipt.
– The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of bowl purchases, exchanges and returns.
– All bowl purchases made with a credit card will incur an additional 3% service fee (4% for international cards).

Digital Purchases:
No refunds of any kind.

Virtal Event Tickets:
No refunds of any kind.

In-Person Event Tickets:
No refunds of any kind. 

Communication:
All correspondence with Crystal Cadence® and the Sacred Science of Sound™ will be returned within 48 hours.
